Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I am underpaid for my position, and that my department is underpaid in general compared to the average for our area.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my coworkers and friends, and knowing that socializing and having fun at work is encouraged. I feel like management trusts me to do my work and balance my time and isn't breathing down my neck.
