I love the company, but i just sense that others just show up and dont work as hard as the others, i get annoyed seeing the same people just talk and hide within the aisles and its like that almost everyday and the worst part is they ger paid more than the ones that actually work.

I love the company but i know that people get paid more and they do less, i just want everyone to get paid reasonably on what they deserve

They stay hardworking most leads, not all though but its acceptable

Just having a close friend and getting along with some people

Just getting along with my coworkers and getting the job done
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People get paid more than i do and i do more

They need to actually get to work and be more productive to getting things done
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We try to make it fun, but the barbershop perk should be added in every warehouse
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Having everybody work and have people not talk all the time usually leads stay talking about non work related
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My department works and gets things done, other departments the workers there slack while driving equipment and they stay talking for a good amount in the aisles
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because most of us work hard and other people in departments dont do as much and they get paid a bit more, not shading the company, i love the company but its just brutal honesty
