See all the people i work with as well as new challenges to work through each day.

I think its management, we all have bad days, but when the top is positive through the bad, it trickles down.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very close culture, look forward to going to work and spending time with them. Also, the fact that they are dependable, if you ask them to do something you know it will get done.
