We work hard - so we can play hard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the free health care/insurance. If you took everything else away and kept that I would be happy.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a busy full day and accomplishing the tasks at hand. I like being a resource and helping other department get the answers they seek.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think adding the management council was very wise. Things are actually changing for the better. Things that were long overdue. Malouf is finally moving in the right direction.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that my team cares about margins and the company as a whole. They don't get caught up in control and emotions. They are level headed and can see the bigger picture. Several other departments really struggle and play the victim card which makes them hard to work with.
