I love the culture of caring. I am willing to work for less than I can earn elsewhere because I feel that Malouf Companies is making a difference in the community and world.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the new challenges and opportunities that come up all the time. I usually get bored with jobs but have yet to feel anything but excitement about what I am doing and how I can make a difference with our clients and through the Malouf foundation.
