Everyone cares about each others lives outside of work. everyone is kind and respectful on the team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just feel like we are expected to do a lot of work, for quite little pay. I don't think we match industry standards for our job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my best friends. I have been able to make a lot of very close friends here and I am grateful to be able to see them each day
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have great benefits and we are respected by most of our leaders. I say most, just because I haven't had the opportunity to interact with some of them. I love our building and the clean and positive work space
