What are some of the best things about your team?

It's a good group, everyone is friendly to each other.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I get to leave at the end of the day? Spending time with friends at lunch is up there too.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are very genuine, and willing to interact with every individual employee. If you approached any of them with concerns, suggestions, questions, they are invested in what you're saying.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Any time you get to interact with Sam. He doesn't carry the same stress that others do, he cares about the culture and the people and it makes you want to contribute and help grow the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't feel grossly underpaid, but Malouf will ask a lot out of an employee, either to step into a new role, take on significantly more work, but offer no additional compensation to take on that new role/work. They just saw it improves your growth potential or something.
