Malouf is awesome. We have experienced some hard times. My hope is as a company we have learned valuable lessons from those hard times and we continue to get better!!

It feels like most of them care about the individual.

The attitudes of the employee's are for the most part very positive.

I like my job. I love working with customers and with our employees!

Sales has the best team. I feel like we all care about each other and also have a good time!

I feel like most of them are personal. A few of the members could do a better job at being friendly.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to do a good job. When I can answer all my emails, take time with customers on the phone, and contribute to the sales team!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture has shifted. A few months ago i found myself also shifting. I realized how my thoughts had changed and decided to work on being more positive and looking for the good. I love Malouf, It still is the best company in UT to work for.
