The seem to do a great job at acquiring other companies instead of focusing on Malouf.

Theres no excited or buzz about the company anymore. It’s grown stagnant with growth and the addition of 5 com

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We are continually told that the benefits, perks, and cost of living in Cache Valley are enough justification for being paid less than we would at other companies. This may have been true 5 years ago, but is not the case anymore.
