Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My raise for 2021 was 2%. I know kids in high school that got better raises than that. I have been at Malouf for years. The cost of gas and groceries alone have gone up substantially. Its not even enough to be a cost of living raise let alone for another year of meeting goals and being an asset
