I enjoy my team. I enjoy what I do. I love my schedule.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have built a bond with each other and have one another's backs. I have made lifelong friends.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture started out strong but as we have grown I have seen it change. I think it is still there but you have people upset about their pay. Stop with the random parties we don't need that. Casino night, drive in movies. I want to see my paycheck increase.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make significantly less others in my department. I have worked for the company for 7+ years and do not feel my wages reflect that. I love the company but it makes feel undervalued. Our direct managers do not have final say on our pay and they see our day to day work. This is extremely upsetting
