Overall Malouf is great. They take care of you, and want you to grow and improve. It has been a great thing for me and my family to work for Malouf.

Solving problems for my team or my customers.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They care about me as a person, and want me to be successful.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone cares about everyone. We work hard so that we can play hard.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Just over all good people. We have fun at work but also outside of work.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to pull everything together and help a company out, while reaching my company goals.

We are able to have fun at work, and outside of work. They care about me as a person.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People are awesome, and they care about doing a good job. We have fun, but know how to work when needed.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

There feels to be a personal investment in me and the company. As we continue to grow, the hard paths are taken, so that we can be in the best position possible.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More visibility would be a huge benefit. It is hard to compare other positions to mine, because the work is different. Not knowing what raise is coming, or if it is coming at all, is tough. I wish there was a way to know if I hit benchmarks that compensation would also increase.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Having been promoted to a manager level, I never received a raise. Was able to get a small bump after 18 months, but still feel that I am doing the work of multiple people, but have only seen a 10% bump from that. A clear path of what compensation looks like would be helpful.
