I work to live. I do not live to work. I do not look forward to any job as it is not my life.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I'm not a person who socializes often at work so I don't look forward to interacting with anyone really. We all work great together when necessary.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

MORE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS. No one talks to each other and process always change but the changes are never adequality relayed to everyone involved, which causes more problems.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Josh Cummings and Brady Larson are over the CE department. While both are good at creating operating procedures, the people skills they have are a bit lacking especially considering that they are over the Customer Experience Department which is a very people-centric department.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My position has been given more and more responsibilities from other departments that do not always make sense for us to do aside from we have the bandwidth. We are expected to know procedures for several aspects of several departments, but don't get paid for the additional knowledge/ value we add.
