What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is the best. Through an economic downturn our leadership team, has been transparent with employees and has positioned Malouf for great success in the future.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Malouf pays 100% of our HDHP. We have great insurance with a $3000 max out of pocket for employees and a $6000 max out of pocket for families. Malouf also provides a 5/4 match on our 401k. Malouf also provides us free lunch each day.
