My overall experience at Malouf has been positive. Since the day of my first interview, I fell in love with the work, people, and culture. I've never felt as appreciated as I do here and I plan on staying for many years.

We're all efficient in our jobs, but we are constantly looking to learn and improve. They are also a ton of fun and every day is different.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is fun to work with and the line of communication is always open. If you see a way to make something more efficient, they want to hear about it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is more generous that quite a few of the jobs I was looking for. Plus, they offer raises based on your performance which only motivates you to work harder.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I have a routine, but that what I come across every day is different. Plus, the people and environment just make me smile regardless of what I'm doing. The Thursday meetings are always a sight to see!
It makes us happy knowing that our employees enjoy their time at the office, their coworkers and of course our Thursday morning meetings.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was very straight forward during the interview process and they answered all my questions with ease. I felt confident that this company would let me know one way or another how the interview went rather than "ghosting" me like so many other companies did.
