What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is emotionally safe, which I have never experienced in a work environment ever before.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Enough time was scheduled to feel like we could get to know each other and it was friendly.

I really appreciate having my benefits covered by the company and being offered fun events--there is always something fun and exciting to look forward to.

What are some of the best things about your team?
All of my coworkers are mature and positive. We work hard together as a team and I have never experienced any petty or unhealthy interactions. They're all just genuinely good and talented people who want to make positive contributions to the growth of this awesome company. We're truly like family!
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that my education, training, and background are a good fit at the most awesome company ever. I can positively contribute and grow at a rate not possible in any of my previous work situations. When the culture is right from the top down, a company and its employees succeed together. :)
