It's been good overall. There have definitely been people that I work with that have soured my experience here but with time I'm sure it will get better. One way or another.

They are approachable and easy to talk to when I have questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the people are really good to work with. Those people make the culture positive for me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel like a lot of my co-workers just do the bare minimum to get their jobs done, if they do at all. It's frustrating. I'm not sure how to fix work ethic.
