This is a company where if you have the desire and effort to succeed, they will provide the tools and resources to do it. Hard work pays off and you will be rewarded if you are doing what you should.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all passionate about their jobs and come to work to win.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
You would never know that any of them are business executives. They are just good, hard-working guys.
What makes you most happy at work?
I thrive on change, and when the company is growing like it is, there is plenty of it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There never seems to be a ceiling for the growth of this company. We like making good products and people like buying them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are so down to earth and personable. Their vision for the future and growth continues to blow my mind. Glad I could come along for the ride.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Would I like to make more money? Yes. Are the perks at Malouf great though and I feel like my family is taken care of? Yes, and that is what matters most.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that Sam and Kacie promote a "yes" culture. I am always shocked when there's some new perk or we have branched in to new business opportunities. It keeps the ideas flowing and fuels growth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance being paid has the biggest financial benefit, but the small perks like lunch, a hair cut, the gym and wellness options, the PTO, etc. all add up to make it one of the best companies in terms of benefits that I know of.
What are some of the best things about your team?
When the company was still young, it seemed we just hired a lot of local talent and developed them. Lately, there has been a push to hire a powerhouse team with incredible and diverse backgrounds that have opened our eyes and brought a lot of great culture to the team.
