They are constantly trying to improve everything about the workplace. Always asking for feedback on what can make my job the best job for me!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have the BEST team at Malouf! Everyone is willing to help out each other no matter what! Nobody leaves another hanging. They are my second family for sure!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I got a promotion with more responsibilities, but my raises I've been given have been the same as when I didn't have a promotion. It can get discouraging sometimes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My managers truly do care about me both as their employee, but also just as a human! I know I can talk to my manager about anything going on in my life, and she genuinely is excited for me.
