Working together to get projects done. Seeing positive results from my efforts. Being with my coworkers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid health care is amazing. So nice. Love the gym even though I don't use it haha.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they know who I am and they care about me and my family. I appreciate that they recognize my hard work and efforts.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is working towards the same goal. They care about me and my life, as well as my work. Everyone is willing to help, provide feedback, and work together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great values that we try and incorporate in to our work. Bcorp, we care about profit, people, and the planet. Malouf Foundation does such great work to help kids and families in need.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that Malouf covers my insurance, that is so awesome. I appreciate the 401k match and the Christmas gift is very nice. I really love lunch and my haircut every month as well!
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing projects get completed that help push us forward to our goals and support our teams along the way. My personal career growth and improvement makes me really happy and I get a chance to grow here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that they take the time to know me and say hello in passing. Sam knows my wife and is always happy to see me. I feel like they are available to talk if I needed to talk.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone here loves Malouf and we love working together! The open office is great to be able to see people and interact. Eating lunch together everyday is a game changer. We know each other and we love having fun.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is invested in Malouf and taking care of their job so everything moves forward. I love working together on projects and I know that I can count on them to help me out if I need something. We all work to win and have fun doing it.
