Management needs to recognize those who go above and beyond to get things done and promote them. Not show favortism to friends and people in there select group!! This happens all the time!!!

The workers generally know what needs to happen to make things work. Things that management don,t know because they fail to connect with the workers! Everyone is below them and they make it known!!

Management plays favorites!! It's not fair the way they place lazy people above those who work hard day in and day out!! If you stand up to management they black list you and look for ways to get rid of you.
