I totally appreciate Malouf. After having worked here, I have realized how toxic the work environment has been at many previous jobs. It's completely different here.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
They're all great, but paid insurance is super nice. It's great to not have a huge chunk of my check going to something that I don't use much.

There is not a lot of drama and my team is mature and helpful. We really are a team working together and not hindered by score-keeping or comparing.

I feel that high-quality people of integrity are attracted and committed to this company, and that they help to maintain a culture of integrity and hard work. Fun and comradery balance things out. Values seem to matter and there is an effort to live them.
