What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not paying anything for health insurance premiums is massive. That is a big raise in and of itself.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to cultivate relationships with co-workers and customers and see those grow is awesome. I love bringing in an answer to problem or questions and helping people get more out of Malouf.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is lots of fun to be had, and we all have a good personal connection. We can see each other outside of work and talk and have a relationship that goes beyond the office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are consistently optimistic, and pus me to become better. I truest that they have the best interest of all employees in mind when they are making decisions. They are well versed, and open to any question that I bring to them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a constant feeling of growth, and if you are not growing you will be left behind. Trying to keep up with the pace of learning, growing and helping is huge and brings excitement to work and the workplace environment every day.
