They work hard, help each other. Are accepting of people particularly those within their team. They want everyone to succeed, and are incredibly kind.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's just a great place to work. There isn't anything that is particularly more positive than the other. I appreciate it all, and am grateful to work here.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being busy and productive. I appreciate that my managers give me assignments then leave me to complete them. They offer support but don't hover. And thank me for a job well done.
