Malouf is a great organization. They care about their employees. The make sure that everything that could be desired at work is made available for employees. Sometimes I find it hard to keep myself motivated to do more. I like to work to provide for my home life; sometimes work takes more priority.

A person who is outgoing and loves to constantly be busy will love working here. There are so many opportunities for extra work and service. There are tons of activities for employees as well. I guess I'm not super passionate about Malouf because I'm not passionate about the product.

There are not enough people at the base of the company to support goals coming from other departments. As far as marketing, it is not very well planned out. Departments that work to meet product launch dates are in chaos most the time due to lack of planning and foresight.

We have great synergy and love photographs.

Everyone gets along and works well together.

That I get paid regularly and on time.

Knowing that I'm working to live, not living to work.

I like that they know who I am. I enjoy seeing them work.

Having insurance. It's nice having the resources to be able to identify care providers.

Being able to commit to a single task and getting it done without getting interrupted.

They love their jobs. The go up and beyond what the requirements are for a given project.

That I get to see them around. Although less so. It's nice to see them around the office.

We have a great synergy. We all work well together and understand that we want to work together, even when it seems we don't. We recognize that when we don't, someone is having an off day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't really participate in the culture that much. I have other stuff outside of work that fulfills that need. I do like that I see some of my coworkers outside of work and do different stuff with them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm not a big fan of most of the products at Malouf. I think that a lot of them are cheaply made and overpriced. I would like to see more of a support system to support and hear all employees. I think some employees have that opportunity, but not all.
