I like that we try to make improvements. I like that most everyone are confident in their abilities. Most people try to make it fun.
What makes you most happy at work?
Accomplishing my goals, connecting with others and if I can hit at least 3 days in a row with a solid lunch choice I'm on cloud 9.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health Care and lunch are covered and I don't need to think about it. I have what I need and it allows me to focus on my work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are extremely transparent with the company plans/status. I like that they are encouraging and engaged. I like that they aren't stuck in the mud but ready to make necessary changes to the company regardless of the level if intensity. I know they have my back and I want to do my best.
