Start working as a team instead of swiping inventory so that other territories have none.

Being able to accomplish my tasks and feel accomplished and know that my colleagues are doing the same.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having fun is great and I love that it is encouraged. However, when I am overloaded to the point where stepping away from my desk to get a drink or use the restroom will cause me to fall behind, yet others are not pulling their weight but get paid more, its not right and causes resentment.
