We all laugh and goof around well together. We do some activities together outside of work hours. We've become friends, not just co-workers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are humans just like us. They're never un-reachable. They're very approachable. They make you feel like you are the most important thing to them while you're talking to them, you never get the feeling that you're being a hindrance or annoying.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Malouf does lots of fun events. Some people love to participate, some love to cheer them on, some love to just watch from the back and smile. There is no judgement about it, and there's no expectation that everyone will participate at some time. You can be who you're comfortable being all the time.
What makes you most happy at work?
It only takes a moment to know what I'll be working on for the next few days. I feel great when I do good work, knowing I'm contributing to my team and the overall success of the company. Seeing my work turn into results that benefit others is the best reward I can get.
