Their vision, compassion and ability to lead from within. They are approachable, accessible and care enough to listen to you.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The relatability and friendships. We are all working toward a common goal and understand what one another is going through. Plus we are all about the same stage in life so connections are easily made.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The inclusiveness and fun that we have in meetings and I LOVE our events like the Mad Max race. It's unique and hilarious and is one small example of the greater whole that makes up Malouf.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Knowing when I received a promotion that it was because I had already proven my worth and value and not being told I need to prove my worth and value after receiving a promotion to receive a corresponding raise.
