I love the people I get to interact with each day. It's so much fun working together as we accomplish big goals for that day!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment that has been created at Malouf is like no other company out there. My anxiety has gone away since starting my career at Malouf.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is Malouf pays the premiums and encourages us to put $$ in our HSA account for future medical problems. We are all a family and Same is taking care of our Malouf family as much as our family at home!
