Clear goals, very open about what is currently going on in our company, offers support, willing to address and fix issues that are brought up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Before I was hired I had a few other offers, all which paid higher than my current job. I took this job because the company culture seemed like a more positive environment, but I could make more money elsewhere.
