We all work together with other teams working together, to fulfill the company objectives. It's great to see how much we strive to pull together and work stronger as a team than we could alone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Better every day. No team or job is perfect, but the culture is that we're all in it together, so let's make it better. Improvement is just part of the process and everyone is looking for ways to do that, and it's always in a team spirit.
