Such a great place to work. I am never thinking about finding a different job or changing industries. There is a lot going on here and it's exciting to get creative and find ways to contribute because managers and the executive teams are supportive of those goals.

People that actually internalize and live the company values
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Super genuine. It's not hard to see that there is real care about my work-life balance, and they're invested in my inputs at work so I feel like I am working towards meaningful goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. I don't think the perks offered should be used as a reason to give lower salaries. They're just that - perks. I feel like I bring a lot of value and hard work to the team and would like to be compensated for that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great camaraderie, and for the most part similar goals. We come to work to get things done. It helps when team members have the same reason to be at work. We still have a good time together, but we also know our roles and don't mess around.
