We are all good friends. We get along and help each other out. It really feels like a team and we all belong.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all uphold positive values and we try to benefit the positive culture here. There is no hostility or bad vibes. Everyone is nice to everyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team truly cares about their individual employees and makes them as comfortable as possible here. They make huge accommodations for us and give us great benefits and generous perks.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to use my talents or volunteer my time to benefit different people and departments here is very fulfilling. I get the opportunity to work with teams and people that I have never been a part of before.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A more competitive pay rate would go a long way with me. I love this company and everything they do for me, but I also know that the pay for my position is more competitive elsewhere. So I stay for much more than just the pay.
