I think Malouf is a good company with room to grow. I think the clique-y culture could stand to improve. I also think many workers are paid lower than industry average for their positions. I think Malouf has positives, but there is always room to grow. I like Malouf, but I will not be here long term

time to get big projects done and feel accomplished

Our culture is generally to accept people as they are.

I like that my team jokes around and has fun together.

We are close and work well together most of the time.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I appreciate most the healthcare. I would not be able to afford healthcare otherwise.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I love that my direct manager cares about my personal life and interests outside of work.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

transparency and equal treatment for all employees as well as recognizing and owning it when it comes to company problems.

What makes you most happy at work?

Knowing that things like the barbershop and lunch are there to make work more fun and productive help me keep a positive outlook.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Malouf pays below industry average for many positions and I think a company wide pay raise would be warranted to bring people up to standard. Especially with the cost of living drastically increasing in UT.
