Its a great place to work. It doesn't feel too corporate yet, but I fear that is the inevitable course. I know Sam cares about each employee. I think the other executives could get involved more. They seem to be more in the background. I could see myself retiring with Malouf.

I get to meet new people everyday during lunch. I get to learn things about my co-workers that would be very difficult in any other environment, because of the lunch opportunity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all friends and we get along which makes work less of a thing I have to do and more a thing that I want to do. I want to be involved.
