Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have brought up the topic of fair compensation multiple times with leadership. even when my concerns and reasoning are discussed nothing ever changes, I work hard every day but constantly feel undervalued. Benefits are great but higher compensation would make me feel better
