family oriented, if something comes up in your family they work with your schedule
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think as a company there should be profit sharing. Either quarterly or bi-annual. I should be able to know what I could be making the following year if i hit my sale goals. It's all up in the air. They say 'its a team effort' if its a team effort we should have bonuses if we hit our team goals.
