What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like positivity is a part of the work culture. People really care about you here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having health premiums paid is a pretty awesome benefit. Also having a gym (and Clint) that we can use is great. All the discounts we get at local stores are also pretty cool!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate how personable the leadership team is. Although we are a large company, they still know everyone by name. You can also feel they make decisions around what's best for us as individuals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great because we are more than coworkers. We do have assignments and jobs to do, but I feel like we work together very well and care about more than simply work things.
