Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that for the amount of work I do I am underpaid. My job has a lot of stress and requires a fair amount of strategic overview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the way my manager cares about me personally, and works hard to help me succeed in my career and personal goals. It means a lot to me that that's a focus at Malouf and makes me want to stay here long-term.
