What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love all the social activities and look forward to company parties. Lunch is amazing not only because the food is great but I like that I get to know my co-workers more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a manager but I know my compensation does not match the going-industry salaries for my same role. I know my salary is well under the going-industry compensation and I could get a non-manager role and be paid more.
