I don't need an alarm to wake me up. I really love going to work and enjoy my job a lot. This is not an exaggeration. The people around me are very friendly and it's so nice to know people from all around the world. This place is my 2nd home. I'm so happy and comfortable here.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
No other company gives you what marriot gives u.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are people from all over the world who come together and work together but here we also have fun together. Everyone is super friendly and kind and helpful. It's just nice to work here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We train together everyday, we have fun together, we help eachother out be it anything. My manager is amazing and very supportive. If the manager knows how to manage his team then the team is automatically strong and close. I think we have that in our restaurant.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working in food and beverage because I get to interact with the guests, serve them and hear stories about their advantures which is really heart warming. When you do service you aren't just serving food to them, you are giving them an experience that will want them to come back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think in the restaurant I work in our team work is excellent. The staff are very kind and helpful. If one is having a hard time managing their section someone will always come to help even my manager comes and helps. We sit down everyday and training is conducted. There is a lot to learn.
