Lots of fun personal interaction - always talk about families and weekends. I know them well as people

Actually train interviewers & hire recruiters vs. using a 3rd party who know nothing about the actual jobs

Strategic direction, collaborating with each other productively and seeinf the bigger picture, embracing tech & not thinking marriott is the place it was 20 years ago
