What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Again the policies and not being biased just because you are friendly with someone.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Well, firstly they should have the knowledge of what is being spoken to take the interview.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Improve the policies. Marriott policies are too complicated and even confuse the managers. If not change? Train them better.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team doesn't know what they are doing. Have no information on what is happening because the managers give them forged reports

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They should compensate you fairly. That is all one wants. Pay for overtime. Don't threaten your colleagues saying if they don't come on a shift they were not supposed to in the first place that they will kick you out. If employees approach HR they don't care.
