Leader need to protect about staff privacy(eg. Line,Whats app,Facebook), and please don't take advantage from this privacy stuff to evaluate your staff.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
1.Leader need to improve more self control 2.Coworker need to respect about each other privacy 3.HR need to do something if the leader invasion of staff privacy
