The other house keepers where great and they all just looked feed up and tired, everyone always complained about management asking too much and not caring about the workers, many people just quit because of them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only positive thing was the other workers because at least you weren't alone in feeling like you were being treated bad by management they treated everyone terrible and that makes it worse but also better .
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are very unorganized and then blame it on the HK staff missed my bus multiple times just cause they didnt want to pick up one piece of paper off the floor and call it clean. Rude unprofessional behavior and we never even got trained properly.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I believe they should be more transparent, it felt like a trap. They told you nice things and that it would be easy but they lied and dont tell you the whole truth just so they can get you in. It's why nobody stays and everyone quits.
