Hire deserving GM with good leadership skills and knowledge.

Discrimination and unfair treatment especially by GM and HR

People especially on the non management and middle management is good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They don't even pay deducted salary and unpaid months, didn't even support with job, took my just because I spoke up against injustice at the property by GM.

What did you like most about the interview process?

When I joined it was very good, in last 2 years it has become worst, GM is hiring his old friends who can help him saving his job as he is incapable, terminating old and hard working employees.
