I have been put in situations that should not be happening. My availability hasn't been honored. Been told that requests off are just requests off and not a guaranteed day off. I disagree with that because requests off mean you need that day. I feel like I have been taken advantage of.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Trying to make things better than they were.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better communication and not being lied to. I'm tired of situations coming up that I know nothing about and first time hearing about it.
