The way my supervisor observed me ,kept eye contact ,hung on every answer I gave her for the questions she asked and her smile the whole time .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way Hr/leadership from all departments are often at the entrance of the employees with a smile and greets all of us as we come in and how you walk down the hallways all the employees greet one another with a smile .
