What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The mold in the room, broke down equipment, friendly staff more staff and better quality of food
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The manager is working for more the one hotel so she is over worked. The leadership can't do much because there over work as well. Someone who care enough to keep the place open should take the time to visit the Waco Texas facility.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I value my job and I and my family who has work here and that is still here deserve to be valued as well. Most equipment need to be updated and the hotel need need to be remodeled not the furniture the foundation. Ask the employee that has been here the longest what is need.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been there for 20 years and the people that just started make more or the same as I do. The equipment doesn't work 75% of the time. I had back surgery but I come to work faithfully and have to work extra hard because no one is taking the time out to properly fix the equipment. In that I'm makei less
